    Detailed career retrospective

Jillian Hall (born Jillian Fletcher, September 6, 1980 in Ashland, Kentucky) is a professional wrestler who performs for World Wrestling Entertainment on its SmackDown! brand.

Jillian's heel character is portrayed as a successful "fixer" for wrestlers receiving bad publicity, who has a scorned personality due to living her life with a growth sprout on her face. That growth was eventually "removed" by The Boogeyman. She was managing John Bradshaw Layfield.

    WRESTLING CAREER

Independent Circuit

Debuting in 1998, Jillian wrestled on the independent circuit as Macaela Mercedes. Her best known work was in the short-lived GLORY promotion. She worked in and around the independent promotions until 2004, when she signed a developmental deal with Ohio Valley Wrestling.

Ohio Valley Wrestling

Jillian joined Ohio Valley Wrestling in March of 2004, where she wrestled mainly as a babyface until early 2005, when she received breast implants. Her heel turn came about in a storyline where her implants leaked into her brain, causing her to become psychotic. Near the end of her developmental run, Melissa Coates became her bodyguard and they managed Chad and Tank Toland. She quietly debuted in WWE after leaving Melissa to manage them alone.

MNM's Fixer:

On the July 28, 2005 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian Hall made her official WWE debut as a heel working under the gimmick of a publicist for the heel stable, MNM.

She accompanied team member, Melina to the ring for her match with Torrie Wilson. During their match, whenever the camera would focus on Jillian standing at ringside, a strange "growth" was revealed on the left side of her face, causing the announcers Tazz and Michael Cole to speculate as to exactly what it is. The following week Jillian addressed the audience about the "growth" and referred to it as a "blemish." (The "blemish" is Kayfabe)

On the August 18 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian helped Melina and Joey Mercury in a mixed tag team match against Booker T and his wife Sharmell by grabbing Sharmell's legs.

JBL's Image Consultant:

On the September 16 edition of SmackDown!, Jillian was approached backstage by JBL who said he needed some help. She accepted his offer and said they would be a great team. This seemingly meant the end of her partnership with MNM, allowing her to concentrate efforts on her new client. She then entered a feud with Stacy Keibler, where an online match for Velocity was aired on WWE.com. Jillian cheated in order to defeat Stacy, and then Hall moved on to making her first appearance on the November 14 edition of RAW by participating in a special divas battle royal, dedicated to the late Eddie Guerrero.

Recently, she had been a target of the The Boogeyman, which resulted in her panties being filled with live worms on the January 6 edition of SmackDown!. On the January 13 edition of SmackDown!, The Boogeyman, bit her trademark 'blemish' off of her face. In the 2006 Royal Rumble, JBL faced The Boogeyman as a way of Jillian getting her revenge. JBL lost, and as a result Jillian got a mouthful of worms from The Boogeyman. Since the Rumble, Jillian has accompanied JBL to the ring without any bandages on her face, and her face shows no other "scars" or any other reminders of the "blemish".

On the February 24, 2006 edition of SmackDown!, Kristal came out to the ring and gave the audience a preview of herself before buying the special edition of the WWE Divas magazine, but Jillian interrupted her. Jillian said that nobody wanted to see Kristal disrobe, so Kristal told Jillian that since she thought she looked better to give everyone a preview. Jillian refused and called Kristal a "Bimbo", and as a result a catfight ensued with Kristal slapping Jillian in the face twice and ripping her top off, thus exposing her bra. At the March 10, 2006 edition of SmackDown! Jillian was defeated by Kristal in a Divas Uncovered Match . The following week she scored another loss against Kristal Marshall but this time in a mixed tag team which William Regal was Jillian's partner and Paul Birchall Kristal's partner.

At Wrestlemania 22, Jillian accompanied JBL to the ring for his US Championship match against Chris Benoit. JBL rolled through the crossface and used the ropes to get the win, making him the new United States Champion. On the April 14th Smackdown, Jillian helped JBL retain his title in a steel cage match against Chris Benoit, though nearly costing JBL the US title at one point when she accidentally slammed the cage door on him. The following week she organized a celebration party for his successful title defence in the ring, but was (kayfabe) fired by an unimpressed JBL citing her incompetence.

vs. Melina:

At the April 28 edition of SmackDown, Jillian turned face, got into a backstage catfight with Melina Perez after Melina made fun of her for being fired. Jillian smudged makeup all over Melina's face and Melina poured powder all on Jillian and her black dress. Makeup went everywhere as the two divas brawled until Mercury and Nitro pulled them apart. On the May 12 edition of SmackDown Jillian came out and challenge Melina to a match, but before Melina could response Paul London and Brian Kendrick came through the crowd and pulled down Mercury's and Nitro's pants then Melina got distracted and Jillian came and pulled down Melina's pants leaving all three in the ring in their underwear. Jillian will face Melina Perez at WWE Judgement Day 2006.
